As an independent designer, we make all our
product to order so please allow four weeks or so for the manufacture and shipping of your garment. If we can produce and
ship your garment sooner, we will make every effort to do so. If you need your garment immediately, please contact us at info@nikkipoulos.com to check availability. We endeavor to provide you a well constructed
and great fitting garment so please provide us your bust, hip and height measurements, full name, shipping address, telephone
and email, when ordering.
If your garment is faulty we will be more than happy to repair or exchange unused, unworn
or unwashed garments with original tags attached. If you do not like your garment or it does not meet your expectations, we
will gladly provide you a credit. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for products as we make all items to order.
